KiS is engaging new volunteers for a variety of challenges.

Roles coming up in the future could be around taking part in organising the events that we run, video editing and other media roles, and LGBT research. If any of these appeal to you, don’t hesitate to contact us, even if you’d just like to have an informal chat about volunteering in general, or want to know a bit more about our organisation.

All volunteers are given induction training, and in some instances, additional role specific training. In the induction you will go through the policies and procedures relating to your volunteer role, find out more information about Kairos in Soho and our organisational values.
We’re keen to increase the presence of LBT women, trans people, people of BAME heritage, and disabled LGBT people within our volunteer team, and actively encourage people from these communities to get in touch.
