Every week includes a short structured talk,
guided meditation
and a little time to chat and discuss.

The sessions will be facilitated by Dirk de Klerk,
who did a 4 year meditation retreat as a monk at
the Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Scotland.

He has been running this, the first LGBT-specific Buddhist meditaion group for over 2 years.

For beginners and experienced meditators.
